Lead Product Designer
Shape the future of digital product design by leading the full design lifecycle for complex web and mobile applications. You'll be responsible for guiding both strategy and execution, ensuring exceptional user experiences across global B2B and B2C platforms as well as internal tools.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end design—from research and discovery through to high-fidelity implementation—across multiple product surfaces and feature launches.
- Represent user needs at every stage, using research, data, and empathy to inform decisions that impact diverse audiences worldwide.
- Refine and evolve design practices, introducing thoughtful AI tools to enhance creativity, collaboration, and workflow efficiency.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional partners to align on priorities and embed user-centered thinking into development cycles.
- Establish and maintain design standards, systems, and rituals that ensure consistency and scalability across an API-driven product ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For
- 12 or more years of hands-on product design experience in fast-moving environments with multi-platform delivery.
- Proven leadership in guiding design teams across varied user experiences, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impact.
- Deep familiarity with API-based products and the ability to influence design outcomes within technical constraints.
- Strong track record of driving design quality while balancing business goals and user needs.
- Experience building processes that scale, including design systems, feedback loops, and cross-team alignment strategies.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and advocate for users across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work Environment
This role operates in a fully distributed setting, with team members across the USA, Canada, Japan, Hungary, Nigeria, Brazil, the UK, and beyond. We value asynchronous communication, autonomy, and inclusive collaboration across time zones.
