Responsibilities
- Lead the design of high-end, impactful product experiences for Leona’s digital products
- Spend time getting to know our target users and develop empathy for their unique needs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders
- Be a key decision-maker on a small but talented team
- Help us make Leona a company that stands out for its design excellence
Requirements
- Has a proven track record of designing mobile-first digital products, with at least 7 years of relevant work experience
- Spanish & English language fluency
- Specific experience designing for native mobile apps (iOS or Android), with extensive knowledge of common design patterns + guidelines. Has experience designing user experiences for complex native mobile applications, and has extensive knowledge of common design patterns + guidelines
- Mastery of the various tools needed for each step of the design process
- Feels comfortable taking ideas from wireframes to pixel-perfect deliverables, and is excited about defining and owning this process
- Experience working closely with engineers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for building
