Shape the future of real estate experiences as a Lead Product Designer on a key product team focused on both professional agents and consumers. You'll take full ownership of design—from initial research and problem definition to final implementation and refinement—across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design lifecycle for complex, multi-user interfaces, covering information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and UX writing
- Define direction on new surfaces while aligning with established design systems where appropriate
- Work alongside product managers from discovery through delivery, contributing strategic insight at every stage
- Coordinate with research, content, and design systems teams to ensure cohesive, scalable experiences
- Act as the primary design representative in cross-functional meetings and reviews, evolving into broader storytelling and influence
- Maintain design integrity and consistency across multiple delivery teams
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end design projects, with a portfolio demonstrating problem-solving beyond visual polish
- Strong grasp of interaction design, systems thinking, and cross-platform UX patterns
- Experience designing for intricate workflows, particularly in B2B or dual-audience environments
- Ability to clarify ambiguity and drive focus without complete upfront requirements
- History of working as an equal partner with product and engineering teams
Nice to Have
- Background designing for platforms serving two distinct user groups
- Familiarity with AI-driven interface patterns
- Exposure to MLS or real estate industry workflows
- Experience operating in lean environments with high shipping standards and tight prioritization
