Requirements
- Proven leadership in mobile engineering, including direct people management responsibilities.
- Extensive hands-on development experience with Kotlin for Android or Swift for iOS, and the ability to coordinate work across both platforms.
- Deep knowledge of mobile architectural patterns, performance tuning, and secure coding practices.
- Experience integrating mobile applications with cloud-hosted backend systems, particularly using AWS services.
- Working knowledge of continuous integration and deployment pipelines, test automation, and agile software delivery methods.
- Demonstrated success in leading engineering teams, setting priorities, and supporting professional growth.
- Excellent communication abilities and experience engaging with stakeholders across functions.
