Lead Master Data Governance Systems Analyst responsible for driving data accuracy and consistency across enterprise systems using SAP Master Data Governance (MDG). This role ensures the reliability of critical data by configuring and maintaining MDG solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain SAP MDG solutions to support master data integrity
- Define and enforce data governance policies across Customer, Supplier, Material, and Financial data domains
- Ensure high data quality through validation, monitoring, and cleansing initiatives
- Diagnose and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with business and IT stakeholders
- Support integration projects involving SAP S/4 Hana and Ariba systems
- Lead user training programs to promote compliance and data stewardship
- Provide functional and technical guidance to team members and serve as a mentor
- Act as the central liaison for cross-functional data governance efforts
Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate strong understanding of master data processes and key data elements in core enterprise domains. Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana business processes and Ariba is essential. Prior experience integrating MDG with S/4 Hana and Ariba systems is highly preferred. Technical proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance, S/4 Hana, and Ariba platforms is required.
