About the Role
You will lead technical strategy through hands-on development, shaping system architecture and setting engineering standards across web applications, APIs, automation, and cloud systems. This is a technical leadership role focused on building, not people management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of system architecture across web apps, APIs, automation, and cloud infrastructure
- Shape the technical foundation for core platform capabilities including bookings, payments, pricing, and user experience
- Develop and deliver full-stack features from concept to deployment
- Design and maintain scalable, well-documented APIs for internal and third-party integrations
- Create event-driven services and intelligent workflows to automate manual processes
- Manage and enhance integrations with key platforms such as Airbnb, Stripe, Hostaway, and Twilio
- Deploy and maintain reliable, secure, and high-performance serverless systems on AWS
- Lead development of real-time systems for booking synchronization, pricing logic, access control, AI alerts, and dashboards
- Define engineering best practices, conduct code reviews, and guide engineers through technical mentorship

💡 What You’ll Build
As a Lead Full-Stack Engineer, you will own the architecture and technical direction of The Flex platform — spanning web applications, APIs, automation engines, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll lead by building. You’ll design systems, set standards, and make key technical decisions while remaining deeply hands-on across the stack. This is not a people-management role. It’s a technical leadership role for someone who wants to shape systems, mentor by example, and build platforms that scale globally.
