Responsibilities
- Contribute across the entire development lifecycle, from analyzing user stories to implementing code, conducting reviews, and building automated test suites.
- Lead the creation and improvement of backend systems using .NET, database technologies, and cloud solutions on Azure.
- Collaborate with the system architect to develop solutions aligned with established architectural guidelines.
- Partner with the product owner and stakeholders to clarify requirements and offer technical expertise.
- Promote high engineering standards within the team and lead ongoing improvements in development practices.
- Oversee code quality, perform refactoring, and evaluate new tools and frameworks to support innovation.
- Collaborate within a scrum framework to meet sprint goals and fulfill the definition of done.
