Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
- Extensive proficiency with Flutter and Dart, demonstrated through the development and ongoing maintenance of mobile applications
- In-depth understanding of cloud infrastructure using AWS or GCP, including system architecture, deployment processes, and scalability planning
- Experience managing varied system architectures and selecting optimal technical strategies based on product requirements
- Familiarity with Firebase components such as Firestore, Authentication, Storage, and Cloud Functions, along with API integration techniques
- Capability to establish and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and scalable software design
- Rapid adaptability to changing product needs with efficient implementation of updates and improvements
- Demonstrated leadership or mentorship within software development teams
- Proven ability to train and support junior developers in skill development and performance enhancement
- Strong project coordination and organizational abilities to deliver high-quality results on schedule
- Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues
- Attention to detail and a focus on product quality, driven by a commitment to superior user experience
