About the Role
This role involves managing and executing field service operations for refuel floor systems, providing technical leadership, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring equipment uptime through proactive maintenance and customer collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical support for refuel floor equipment across customer sites
- Coordinate service activities with field teams and regional managers
- Diagnose and resolve advanced system malfunctions remotely and on-site
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during service calls
- Train field technicians on new procedures and technologies
- Maintain accurate service documentation and repair logs
- Respond to urgent service requests with minimal downtime
- Collaborate with engineering teams to relay field feedback
- Manage spare parts logistics for critical repairs
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance checks
- Support customer onboarding and system commissioning
- Monitor equipment performance using remote diagnostic tools
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements
- Lead root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures
- Provide technical input for service process improvements
- Assist in audits and quality assurance reviews
