Responsibilities
- Create and deploy advanced manufacturing methods to align with client product requirements.
- Build application software and specialized tooling for intricate machinery and mechanical production stages across manufacturing environments.
- Plan and direct evaluations of machine and process capabilities using statistical analysis and Design of Experiments to optimize resource use, throughput, cost efficiency, and scalability.
- Lead systematic problem-solving for complex issues across single or multiple stages involving products, processes, components, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Initiate and oversee assessments to evaluate product designs for ease of manufacturing, providing actionable feedback to design teams.
