Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor a specialized engineering team focused on localization technology.
- Work closely with the Product Owner and teams across disciplines to align goals and execution.
- Promote professional development and technical excellence within the engineering group.
- Design, implement, and sustain key technical systems including dialogue creation tools and content workflows in Unreal Engine.
- Collaborate with quality assurance to troubleshoot, profile, and enhance system performance.
- Maintain consistency and integration across departments such as design, narrative, and testing for unified product delivery.
