  • Support commissioning, testing, and upgrades by overseeing mechanical and infrastructure planning
  • Act as technical liaison during customer discussions involving facility or structural requirements
  • Contribute to contract reviews and change management processes to maintain scope discipline
  • Oversee design documentation, risk assessments, and change controls specific to mechanical and civil systems
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through optimization of infrastructure specifications and component selection
  • Ensure accurate budgeting and technical documentation for all mechanical and civil-related deliverables

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must hold a degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field, with proven experience in engineering leadership roles focused on service delivery. Experience in power systems, industrial facilities, or large-scale installations is essential. You should have a strong background in project budget management, technical specification, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Professional experience in civil and mechanical integration within complex engineering environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical scope and cost in service engineering projects
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for infrastructure systems
  • Effective communication and facilitation skills for both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities under tight timelines while maintaining technical and financial discipline

Preferred Credentials

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
  • Training or certification in cost engineering, project controls, or contract management

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive Base + Variable pay structure. Benefits include employer pension contributions, income protection, private health insurance, life assurance, and 26 days of vacation plus public holidays. The work environment supports flexible working arrangements, with open dialogue on work-life balance and individual career expectations.
