KoBold Metals is seeking a Lead Engineer to lead a fullstack development team. You will be responsible for guiding the technical direction and delivery of software initiatives that support our mission.
What You'll Do
- Lead a fullstack development team, providing technical guidance and code reviews
- Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and prioritize the team's roadmap
- Mentor and grow engineers, fostering a culture of high standards and continuous improvement
- Drive key technical decisions and advocate for best practices across the stack
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a fullstack development team
- Strong technical background across frontend and backend development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, make pragmatic trade-offs, and deliver high-quality outcomes
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates in Sliema, London, Lisbon, Sofia, Dublin, Bucharest, Belgrade, Barcelona, and Amsterdam.
