Requirements
- Experience in digital analytics / analytics engineering
- Strong expertise in GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Proven experience designing tracking frameworks and measurement plans
- Experience auditing dataLayers and validating analytics implementations
- Strong experience with BigQuery and cloud-based data environments
- Solid understanding of ELT processes and analytics data modelling
- Experience transforming event-level data into structured reporting datasets
- Ability to bridge analytics implementation with BI and reporting needs
- Strong understanding of GDPR and consent management
- Experience with OneTrust and/or CookiePro
- Knowledge of privacy-safe analytics implementation practices
- Experience supporting campaign measurement and digital marketing analytics
- Strong knowledge of UTM structures, attribution models, and traffic source tracking
- Proven ability to operate in a senior or lead analytics engineering role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience setting standards, governance, and improving analytics maturity
- Ability to balance hands-on delivery with strategic oversight
Nice to Have
- Experience with server-side GTM (sGTM)
- Knowledge of Google Cloud (e.g. Pub/Sub, Dataform, Workflows)
- Experience with server-side tagging, custom domains, and first-party data strategies
- Familiarity with advertising platform integrations (e.g. Meta, TikTok)
