Responsibilities
- Design continuous integration and delivery pipelines to support reliable and frequent application deployments.
- Define Infrastructure as Code governance using Terraform and Kubernetes, ensuring cloud neutrality and compatibility with self-hosted and multi-cluster environments.
- Develop and oversee Release on Demand frameworks that separate deployment from release, incorporating feature toggles, blue/green, and canary strategies aligned with healthcare regulations and SAFe timelines.
- Integrate security into pipelines through automated checks like SAST, DAST, and dependency scanning, ensuring compliance with European healthcare standards such as GDPR and NIS2.
- Establish a vendor-independent monitoring and telemetry approach using OpenTelemetry for consistent observability across cloud and on-premise systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in deployment processes by examining system and application logs.
- Create advanced GitHub Copilot workflows and automated pipelines to enable AI-driven and agentic software development.
- Lead the full migration of repositories from Azure DevOps to GitHub without interrupting ongoing development efforts.
- Develop disaster recovery plans including multi-region failover, automated backups, and defined recovery time and point objectives for critical clinical platforms.
- Serve as the lead DevOps expert within an Agile SAFe framework, offering data-driven guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
