Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced software solutions according to functional requirements, ensuring alignment with coding standards, performance goals, and system reliability.
- Participate in shaping the overall software architecture and define foundational implementation guidelines that enable teams to execute based on technical blueprints.
- Serve as a strategic technical influencer across programs, advancing team capabilities through knowledge transfer, architectural input, and guidance on modern development trends.
- Lead the development and refinement of delivery pipelines with emphasis on automated testing, security integration, and performance optimization, establishing development benchmarks aligned with industry standards.
- Produce, evaluate, and finalize technical design and requirement documentation, clearly communicating the operational benefits and organizational impact of technical decisions to stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and technical training to developers while serving as the go-to expert for resolving critical system and code challenges.
