Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing Agile engineering team
- Design and implement data pipelines and data lake architectures
- Ensure delivery of robust, high-quality software solutions
- Work with risk, security, and compliance units to meet regulatory standards such as GDPR and PCI DSS
- Identify shared technical needs across teams and contribute to unified technology roadmaps
- Maintain ownership and stewardship of the codebase
- Oversee technical application lifecycle and performance
