Responsibilities
- Lead IT operations for client organizations implementing R&D SaaS platforms.
- Serve as the main point of contact, coordinating communication between implementation teams, client stakeholders, and external partners.
- Manage client release programs, including planning resources, tracking progress, and forecasting timelines.
- Evaluate client needs and new software capabilities to build roadmaps for system adoption and enhancements.
- Support clients in adopting Vault solutions and industry best practices to ensure long-term success and continuous optimization.
