Responsibilities
- Deliver software implementations tailored to client needs across various regions.
- Collaborate with Japanese-speaking clients to understand and address business requirements.
- Assess customer objectives and customize solutions accordingly.
- Lead discovery sessions to gather and evaluate business needs against product capabilities.
- Configure, test, and deploy software solutions according to client specifications.
- Create project documentation and deliver training on system functionality.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support projects from initiation through closure, including post-launch hypercare.
- Educate clients on effective use of product features.
- Guide clients through user acceptance testing of configured systems.
- Assist in preparing production environments and executing go-live plans.
- Offer immediate support during and after launch, including escalation resolution.
- Coordinate transition of live systems to support teams.
- Travel to client sites for implementation or demonstration purposes as needed.
- Support sales efforts by contributing to proposals and high-level solution designs.
- Conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations and solution walkthroughs for stakeholders.
- Participate in advisory engagements such as health assessments and strategic planning workshops.
- Collaborate with internal teams including development, support, and product to enhance offerings.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with budget targets.
- Meet utilization and performance metrics for consulting delivery.
- Manage relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction.
- Provide cross-functional support to pre-sales, sales, support, and development units.
- Support practice development and capability-building initiatives.
