Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Technical equivalent from an accredited college or university
- 3+ years of experience in Sales/Commercial Operations or graduate from GE leadership program having undertaken 2 commercial assignment or projects/field /estimating/proposal experience within Energy and/or Industrial sectors
- Must be willing to travel up to 15%
Nice to Have
- Experience with Steam Generators, Core Services in Power Plants
- Experience estimating and managing low to highly complex proposals.
- Ability to develop and execute priorities and plans for self .
- Good technical and commercial oral & written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Time management skills and ability to work across functions
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
- Customer, Service, Continuous Improvement (LEAN) and “Solutions” mindset
