Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle development of backend services, from initial concept to production deployment.
- Develop scalable and fault-tolerant microservices and distributed systems.
- Support the migration of a large monolithic application to a cloud-native, modular architecture.
- Design and apply event-driven systems using technologies like Kafka and asynchronous processing patterns.
- Implement both synchronous and asynchronous integration methods between services.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to define and align on technical strategy.
- Guide an Agile team through sprint planning, development, delivery, and iterative enhancements.
- Make practical architectural and technology choices aligned with business goals.
- Establish and uphold engineering best practices and architectural standards.
- Coach junior developers and strengthen the team's overall technical expertise.
- Create clear technical documentation and explain complex decisions to stakeholders.
