Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of client security and anti-cheat engineers in China, establishing technical vision, coding standards, and efficient workflows.
- Create, deploy, and manage client-side detection systems to counter cheating tools, altered clients, hooking frameworks, and emulators on Android and iOS platforms.
- Oversee the integration of client security into internal anti-cheat systems, collaborating across teams to ensure effective and scalable threat detection.
- Develop and refine obfuscation and hardening strategies for mobile builds in China, including binary protection, anti-debugging, anti-tampering, and integrity verification, while assessing third-party hardening solutions.
- Ensure comprehensive protection across the China mobile landscape, covering multiple Android app stores, OEM devices, varied OS/ROM versions, rooted or jailbroken environments, and PC or emulator-based cheating methods.
- Write and maintain secure, low-level code in C++ and Java/Kotlin or Objective-C/Swift for critical security functions such as detection mechanisms, integrity validation, and encrypted client-server communication.
