Responsibilities

  • Engage in a blend of digital education, hands-on training, and practical assignments that turn concepts into tangible outcomes
  • Receive guidance from a personal career mentor to build a tailored growth roadmap and maximize professional capabilities
  • Acquire in-depth understanding of EJ200 operational processes, emphasizing Health and Safety, Quality, and Delivery performance
  • Uphold strict compliance with standards across Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E), Quality systems, Forward Line operations, ML1 Engine Support, ML2 Engine and Module Repair, and Supply Chain & Asset Management
  • Assist in advancing Health, Safety & Environment initiatives aimed at achieving Zero Harm
