Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue qualified prospects across multiple channels to win new enterprise clients, managing complex account maps and leading negotiations for licensing and service contracts
  • Deliver compelling, solution-focused sales presentations through virtual and face-to-face meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
  • Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams to develop targeted strategies, messaging, and sales materials for specific market segments
  • Generate and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities within large companies (10,000–50,000 employees) looking to upgrade or replace recruitment technology
  • Stay informed on industry trends, new technologies, and competitive landscape developments
  • Proactively identify and address potential deal risks while providing accurate and consistent sales forecasts
