Edgewood Properties is hiring a Landscape/Irrigation Laborer

Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine landscape upkeep such as mowing, trimming, edging, and site cleanup
  • Support planting activities, mulch application, and general landscape setup
  • Assemble, fix, and service irrigation components including sprinklers, valves, and control units
  • Conduct seasonal irrigation system activation, regular inspections, and winter shutdown procedures
  • Use landscaping machinery including mowers, trimmers, blow combustible gas-powered blowers, and hand tools
  • Help with snow removal tasks such as shoveling, operating snow blowers, and spreading de-icing materials
  • Be available for emergency snow response shifts during storms, including evenings and weekends
  • Handle loading and unloading of supplies, tools, and waste materials
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and keep worksites orderly and hazard-free

Compensation

$20-25 per hour based on experience
