Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation and development of HR systems (recruitment, performance, training and development, employee engagement, career, leadership, and talent development, etc.)
- Support the analysis and reporting of HR budget studies
- Developing processes and activities that can generate resources to support recruitment processes
- Managing all Human Resources processes such as performance appraisal systems, talent management, reward systems and recruitment
- Identifying, planning, organizing and reporting training needs
- Conducting research, training, presentations and communication activities on human resources issues under their responsibility
- Ensuring the follow-up of organizational charts, job descriptions and all documentation related to Human Resources
Requirements
- Graduated from university departments such as Human Resources, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, etc.
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources Management
- Advanced English proficiency
- Advanced computer skills (especially proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications)
- Strong follow-through, excellent communication skills, team player, dynamic and results-oriented
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Residing in or able to reside in Sakarya-Kocaeli provinces
- Male candidates must have completed their military service
