Requirements
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Demonstrated proficiency with SFB2C, order management platforms, and ITIL incident handling procedures
- Familiarity with full-cycle e-commerce operations from order initiation to fulfillment
- Direct experience using support and monitoring platforms such as Service Now, Dynatrace, Grafana, Kibana, Open Search, and Mulesoft
- Ability to oversee and respond to SFTP batch job executions and system-generated alerts

- Background working within Agile frameworks and client-facing consulting roles
