Responsibilities
- Evaluate risk factors associated with new individual account applications
- Collect necessary information and documentation to fulfill KYC compliance requirements
- Verify customer-provided documents by consulting internal records and external data sources
- Identify and manage high-risk cases, including politically exposed persons and sanction list matches
- Detect patterns of suspicious behavior and escalate concerns as needed
- Conduct comprehensive checks on customer documentation using tools like CIFAS and other databases
- Monitor established customer accounts for compliance and risk changes over time

Most team members are currently working remotely. Remote work has positively impacted work-life balance, and flexibility will continue post-restrictions. The company maintains a modern Manchester office for strategic in-person collaboration. The current model involves working one day per week in the office, so candidates able to commute occasionally are best suited.
