Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for top-tier clients in the foodservice industry.
- Create and execute strategic account strategies to support expansion, renewal, and technology integration.
- Drive product utilization and contribute to improving net revenue retention across the assigned client group.
- Organize and lead quarterly business reviews and long-term success planning meetings.
- Monitor customer usage patterns, onboarding progress, and performance indicators to detect and mitigate risks promptly.
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with executive and operational decision-makers to reinforce long-term partnership.
- Collaborate across Product, Customer Success, Implementation, and Support teams to deliver a seamless client journey.
