Gate was looking for a Key Account Manager

Gate is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Institution and VIP Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts across the APAC region, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and driving strategic growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key institutional and VIP clients in APAC.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client needs and resolving issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze account performance and provide regular reporting and insights.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a key account management, client success, or relationship management role.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services or cryptocurrency landscape, particularly in the APAC region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of high-value accounts.
