The Weir Group is hiring a Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager will lead strategic account development across Morocco, focusing on sustained growth in both original equipment and aftermarket sales for key business units. This role requires a proactive approach to managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering results aligned with revenue and margin goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand strategic accounts, ensuring consistent growth in sales performance across assigned regions
  • Develop and implement tailored account plans, including visit schedules, pipeline management, forecasting, and competitive analysis using Salesforce
  • Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact, delivering on-site support, coordinating equipment trials, installations, and training
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and strengthen customer confidence
  • Foster trusted relationships with decision-makers and operational staff at all levels
  • Champion safety by fully adhering to zero harm principles and promoting a strong safety culture

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
  • 2–5 years of experience in industrial sales, technical account management, or customer-facing engineering roles
  • Solid knowledge of hydraulics, industrial systems, or rotating machinery
  • Fluency in Moroccan Arabic, French, and English required
  • Must have permanent authorization to work in Morocco without sponsorship

Work Environment
