About the Role
The selected candidate will assist in building and maintaining workflow automation systems, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and supporting process improvements across departments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying opportunities for workflow automation across departments
- Support the development and deployment of automated processes using appropriate tools
- Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements
- Document automation workflows and system configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automated systems
- Contribute to testing procedures for new automation solutions
- Maintain version control for automation scripts and configurations
- Follow best practices for security and data integrity
- Provide input on process optimization strategies
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into current systems
- Monitor performance of automated workflows
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
- Stay current with emerging automation technologies
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
- Participate in team meetings and planning sessions
- Support training efforts for non-technical stakeholders
- Assist in creating user guides and technical documentation
- Help maintain system uptime and reliability
- Respond to requests for automation support
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow agile or iterative project methodologies
- Assist in onboarding new automation tools
- Coordinate with IT and operations teams
- Track progress on assigned tasks and report updates
- Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
