As a Junior UX Researcher, you'll play a key role in uncovering user needs and behaviors that inform product decisions. Guided by the Lead UX Researcher, you'll engage in every phase of research—from framing questions to delivering insights that directly influence development.
What You’ll Do
- Support user interviews, usability tests, and exploratory studies to understand real-world user challenges
- Collaborate with analytics teams to interpret survey data and behavioral patterns
- Synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product teams
- Conduct competitive and desk research to uncover opportunities within our ecosystem
- Develop hypotheses and help design tests to validate product assumptions
- Quickly adapt to new topics and refine your research skills through ongoing feedback
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in English (C1 or higher), used in research and daily communication
- Strong analytical ability to organize complex information and identify meaningful patterns
- A natural curiosity about how people think, make choices, and interact with technology
- Willingness to learn quickly and respond thoughtfully to feedback
- Clear communication skills, with an emphasis on evidence-based reasoning
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in academic, psychological, or market research
- Background in sociology, psychology, economics, or related disciplines
- Familiarity with UX principles, product development, or customer experience
- Self-driven learning in UX research methods
