Make IT fix GmbH is hiring a Junior System Administrator (f/m/d) to join our team. You will be responsible for IT support, infrastructure management, and user administration, serving our small and medium-sized business clients across Europe.
What You'll Do
- Capture, process, document, and resolve support tickets for hardware, software, and the network environment.
- Provide remote support for employees in various European countries.
- Install, configure, maintain, and administer computer, server, and network infrastructure.
- Set up hardware for new employees.
- Administer access permissions and user databases.
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training or a degree in IT.
- Practical experience in the described task area for a minimum of 1 year.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Experience administering Windows, Linux, MacOS, iOS, and Office365.
- An independent and conscientious work style.
