Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries about product functionality and errors
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems reported by customers
- Escalate complex bugs to engineering teams with detailed reports
- Maintain and improve knowledge base articles and support documentation
- Track and manage support tickets efficiently
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users
- Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback
- Identify recurring issues and suggest product improvements
- Assist in testing fixes and verifying resolutions
- Follow up with users to confirm issue resolution
- Stay current with product updates and new features
- Contribute to internal troubleshooting guides
- Support onboarding for new users and developers
- Monitor community forums and provide timely responses
- Help prioritize support requests based on impact
- Work across time zones to support a global user base
- Use data to measure support effectiveness
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Ensure consistent application of support policies
- Maintain user confidentiality and data security
