About the Role
This position involves working closely with clients and internal teams to design, implement, and maintain technical solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to understand client requirements
- Develop proof-of-concept implementations for prospective clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during integration phases
- Document solution architectures and deployment processes
- Deliver technical presentations during client onboarding
- Translate business needs into functional technical specifications
- Support post-deployment solution monitoring and optimization
- Participate in product feedback loops to improve platform usability
- Configure APIs and data pipelines for client environments
- Assist in defining solution scope during pre-sales engagements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features and updates
- Coordinate with customer success teams on handoff procedures
- Validate system integrations through testing protocols
- Provide input on technical feasibility of client requests
- Create reusable solution templates for common use cases
- Monitor solution performance across client deployments
- Escalate complex technical challenges to senior engineers
- Ensure compliance with security and data handling standards
- Support training sessions for client technical teams
