Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and applicants
- Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system
- Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and gather feedback
- Support onboarding processes for newly hired team members
- Attend recruitment-related meetings and contribute insights
- Ensure compliance with company policies during hiring
- Assist in organizing and attending job fairs or recruitment events
- Track key recruitment metrics and report findings
- Collaborate with HR to refine job descriptions
- Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally
- Help improve candidate experience throughout the hiring pipeline
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices
- Conduct reference checks and background verification processes
