Responsibilities
- Drive profitability by refining and implementing pricing strategies aligned with market frameworks.
- Track and assess performance indicators like revenue and contribution margin, detecting trends and suggesting data-backed improvements.
- Process and analyze large datasets using Excel and R to generate structured insights, in partnership with the Data Science team.
- Coordinate with Country Management, Category Management, BI, and Data Science to deliver actionable insights and align on pricing initiatives.
- Contribute to advancing pricing tools and AI-driven solutions to enhance process efficiency and transparency.

- Proficiency in English communication is required.
- Regular in-person collaboration with the team based in Cologne is expected.
- Eligibility to work remotely for up to 20 days per year anywhere within the EU.
- 30 days of paid vacation annually, with an additional day off on Rosenmontag.
- Option to take up to 10 days of unpaid leave annually after one year of employment.
