Responsibilities
- Act as a technical consultant and specialist in the Blip platform.
- Lead meetings and workshops to understand client needs and propose efficient solutions.
- Create projects from initial concept through to demonstration.
- Guide clients toward optimized implementations, considering the technical details of the platform and Blip products.
- Collaborate with sales and Customer Success teams to unlock and develop new opportunities, deeply understanding business goals and industry trends.
- Support internal teams and clients in designing solutions to ensure the best use of the platform, following processes and best practices.
- Create functional diagrams for technical requirements.
- Develop high-level flows (macroflows) that describe the end-user journey.
- Define use cases focused on solving user problems.
- Evaluate the feasibility of conversational solutions.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of programming languages: JavaScript, C#, .NET Core, etc.
- Ability to communicate with both technical and business audiences.
- Experience with demonstrations and knowledge of technology trends in the sector.
- Knowledge of building and implementing REST APIs.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Clear and effective cross-functional communication.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Autonomy and self-management skills.
- Holistic and analytical mindset at the intersection of user, business, and technology.
- Appreciation for collaborative work and openness to feedback.
- Experience in metric-driven environments and data-based decision-making.
- Proficiency in English.
