About the Role
The role involves launching, monitoring, and improving paid advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement. The specialist will work closely with marketing and analytics teams to refine targeting, messaging, and budget allocation.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal results
- Analyze key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective ad content
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance
- Optimize targeting parameters including audience segments and geolocation
- Track and report on campaign outcomes using analytics tools
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently across channels
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies and regulations
- Work with internal teams to align campaigns with product launches
- Use data to inform bid strategies and spend allocation
- Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and implement fixes
- Maintain organized campaign documentation and performance records
- Support scaling of successful campaigns across new markets
Nice to Have
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
- Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising platforms
- Exposure to mobile app install campaigns
- Experience using UTM parameters and tracking codes
