Coordinate critical logistics for vehicle transport across Europe as a Junior Operations Coordinator. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth coordination between drivers, transport compounds, and internal teams, keeping operations running efficiently and on schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Manage transport assignments from start to finish, maintaining clear communication with drivers and logistics partners.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, delivering clear and timely updates while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Support the operations team with day-to-day tasks, adapting quickly to shifting priorities in a growing organization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to resolve issues and keep shipments on track.
What We’re Looking For
You are fluent in both English and German, with strong verbal communication skills and a focus on accuracy. Experience in customer support or logistics is a plus, but not required—what matters most is your ability to stay organized, think ahead, and take initiative.
- Additional language skills in French, Polish, or Lithuanian are valued.
- Proven ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving setting.
