Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients technically into the company's payment platform
- Assist in managing operations for digital payment services
- Design and improve internal process workflows
- Respond to data and analytics inquiries from clients
- Configure and manage payment routing setups
- Work closely with internal product and engineering teams
- Coordinate with technical support teams at partner financial institutions
- Identify and fix irregularities in transaction flows
