Responsibilities
- Help refine billing, scheduling, and workflow systems
- Support integration of platforms such as GoHighLevel, Office Ally, and Monday.com
- Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, including billing partners
- Participate in developing standard operating procedures and documentation
- Support onboarding of new team members and internal coordination
- Help implement marketing initiatives and monitor key performance indicators
- Work with the team to identify opportunities for operational improvements
