At exmox GmbH, we're looking for a (Junior) Customer Support Manager to join our Customer Support team. You will be responsible for our German apps, ensuring a smooth and satisfying user experience as part of our international team with diverse cultural backgrounds.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our users, representing our brand with clarity and empathy.
  • Handle all user communication exclusively via web forms, ensuring fast and accurate responses.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with internal guidelines to maintain a high-quality community environment.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize workflows and improve processes.
  • Track your own performance, manage your workload, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet internal goals and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

  • First experience in customer support, or strong interpersonal skills and situational awareness in previous roles.
  • Native-level proficiency in German with excellent written communication.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Interest in technical support environments and the context of mobile games.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage complex workflows, and drive them to completion.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools such as Zendesk or similar.
