Responsibilities
- Assist experienced consultants in conducting diagnostic evaluations, stakeholder discussions, investigative assessments, and organisational studies
- Develop briefing documents, client overviews, analytical outputs, interview frameworks, and presentation content
- Carry out research on behaviour, policy, organisational structures, and contextual factors
- Aid in creating Diagnostic Reports and formulating client-facing recommendations
- Help identify and map key stakeholders, risk elements, geopolitical influences, and organisational dynamics
- Support public affairs, business-to-business, business-to-government, and international advisory initiatives as required
- Contribute to managing project schedules, data gathering, and internal coordination
- Uphold high confidentiality standards and comply with the organisation's Safe-Room Protocol
- Take part in client meetings, both virtual and face-to-face, with potential for international travel
