Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 2 to 4 or more years of experience in system migration, data transition, or comparable transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with business analysis frameworks, particularly Agile methodologies, supported by practical application
- Skilled in using documentation platforms such as Confluence and DrawIO for process modeling, data analysis tools including Excel and foundational SQL, and project tracking systems like Jira or ServiceNow
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem resolution capabilities
- Superior written and spoken communication skills
- Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively
- Adaptability to dynamic, fast-moving, and evolving work environments
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Investment Management or Asset Management sectors is advantageous

Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2-4+ years’ experience with system migrations, data transitions, or similar transformation projects
- Knowledge of and substantiated work within business analysis methodologies (Agile)
- Proficiency in documentation tools (Confluence, DrawIO for process mapping), data analysis tools (Excel, SQL basics, Aladdin? or specific platforms we are targeting), and project management tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Stakeholder management experience
- Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments
Preferred
Knowledge of the Investment Management/Asset Management industry is a plus
