About the Role

The individual in this position will assist in managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing management of client accounts
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in onboarding new clients to the platform
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
  • Track and report on account performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Participate in regular client check-ins and follow-ups
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed
  • Contribute to process improvements in account management workflows
  • Monitor client usage patterns and engagement levels
  • Coordinate with technical teams to address service concerns
  • Support renewal and retention initiatives
  • Gather client feedback for product and service enhancements
  • Assist in preparing client progress reports
  • Stay informed about platform updates and new features
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal departments
  • Help maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge
  • Use CRM tools to log interactions and track account history
  • Follow up on outstanding client requests or issues
  • Support cross-selling efforts where appropriate
  • Adhere to company policies and data privacy standards
  • Contribute to team goals and performance metrics
