As a Junior Account Manager EU, you’ll oversee a portfolio of established European sellers specializing in smartphones and core product categories. Your focus will be on enhancing sales outcomes and quality standards across all regional Back Market platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of seller performance, guiding strategy through regular business reviews and on-site visits
- Use data insights from SQL and Tableau to monitor trends, forecast outcomes, and inform decisions
- Deliver actionable field feedback to shape broader business strategy
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop tailored solutions for seller needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to align execution with long-term growth goals
- Communicate effectively in English, with proficiency in French or German preferred
What We’re Looking For
You bring at least one year of experience in customer-facing or project-driven roles, with demonstrated ability managing client relationships and complex timelines. You’re comfortable explaining technical or business concepts clearly and thrive in environments where processes are still evolving. Familiarity with e-commerce or fast-paced startups is a plus. While experience with SQL or Tableau is beneficial, we value curiosity and the willingness to grow analytical skills on the job.
