Responsibilities
- Travel to designated commercial sites to carry out electrical service tasks such as diagnostics, repairs, installations, and routine maintenance.
- Supervise and direct junior technicians or apprentices assigned to the team, offering guidance to ensure tasks are completed effectively and safely.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards during all operations, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and proper use of protective gear.
- Apply advanced electrical knowledge to correctly identify system faults and implement reliable, code-compliant fixes.
- Record all service activities accurately, including detailed service documentation, billing information, and project-related forms.
- Communicate professionally with clients, responding to questions and feedback while delivering high-quality customer service.
- Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and materials used on service calls, ensuring proper organization and condition.
- Work collaboratively with other electricians and support staff to complete jobs on time and with high quality.
- Keep current with changes in electrical codes, industry practices, and new technologies to support ongoing professional development.
