Responsibilities

  • Operate safely on and near high-voltage energized electrical systems
  • Install electrical conduit systems in compliance with National Electrical Code standards
  • Establish and manage temporary power setups for job sites
  • Implement and service grounding systems for equipment and structures
  • Verify electrical component functionality through continuity and voltage testing
  • Cut, shape, and install conduit as detailed in construction plans
  • Mount electrical enclosures, panels, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures
  • Connect wires and cables to electrical devices including breakers and control panels
  • Follow direction and guidance from a licensed supervisor or foreman
  • Perform effectively under pressure during unexpected delays or urgent situations
  • Collaborate positively with team members in a group environment
  • Understand and contribute to service installation processes
  • Demonstrate dependability and consistency in completing assigned duties
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Maintain focus on precision and achieving desired outcomes
  • Possess working knowledge of electrical tools and equipment
  • Handle physically demanding tasks regularly
  • Provide personal tools and dependable transportation
